    • 99% of the university’s 6,044 employees enjoy stable contracts, underscoring its commitment to secure employment.
    • Comprehensive health insurance coverage for faculty, staff, and students ensures well-being, with coverage limits of up to 600,000 BDT for faculty and officers.

  • Career Fest 2023: Hosted by the Dhaka University Career Club, this two-day event connected students from 30 universities with employers, bridging the gap between academia and industry to enhance employability.
  • Union Rights and Inclusivity:
