• Planning & Assessment: Engineering and planning departments conducted feasibility assessments for integrating water-saving systems in residential halls, academic buildings, and administrative facilities.

• Mandatory Water-Conscious Standards: All new constructions and major renovations will follow strict water-saving building standards, including:
